In Year 10 you will be starting your GCSE courses and planning and preparing for your work experience placement.
All students will participate in Work Experience in Year 10. Have a look at our Work Experience page for more detail on how to find placements, and use the placement finder. It must be arranged and confirmed before the summer holidays.

This is a really important year... The main focus will of course be your exams, but you still have lots of important Careers and P-16 pathways decisions to make! You will also be choosing your 'next step' which should involve a lot of research and consideration.

When choosing your Post-16 options, it is worth a look at our Universities page to make sure you are doing the right combination of subjects to your chosen courses and institutions.
In Post 16, students will be starting their P16 courses and thinking about their 'next step' to University, an apprenticeship, gap year or employment.
