Future Quest

What is Future Quest?

Future Quest run a mentoring program in conjunction with an organisation called ablaze. The programme involves 15 students who all have their own mentor (a school teacher) these are paired by ‘professional relationship’ where possible. They meet for a minimum of six 1 hour sessions across the term and discuss multiple areas that students may be struggling with.

Led by UWE Bristol and funded by the Office for Students (OfS), Future Quest is all about encouraging young people to get into HE, where participation is lower than expected.

SBL Academy with Future Quest will bring together HE providers, schools, colleges, employers and partners, to help meet those aims.
